Our ordering process in 4 handy steps

1. Name and address details

Simply register with your email address or Facebook account, then fill in your address and contact details.

2. Driver’s license

In the next step, you will fill in your driver’s license information. These are necessary in order to transfer the car title to your name. If you don’t have your driver’s license on you, you can do this later. This license will be checked upon delivery. If you are purchasing the car for someone else, you must fill in their address and contact details for the ascription. Be aware that the license details and the name and address details must be from the same person.

3. Overview & delivery

After you have checked and confirmed all information, you can use our convenient planning tool to schedule the delivery. Delivery is possible from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00.

4. Confirm & Pay

You have the choice between 3 kinds of payments:

-          Pay upon delivery

-          Pay with financing

You can use iDEAL for payments up to €50,000. If the car is more expensive than €50,000, the payment is split into two parts because of this iDEAL limit.You do not transfer your money to Bynco: it will be held at an independent third party trust account at GoCredible. We cannot access your money and you can cancel your purchase and get your money back at any moment. That offers you security! Your money will only be transferred to us once you actually accept the car upon delivery. After that you will still have a 14 day money back guarantee.

After your payment, we will contact you to confirm the delivery time. Do you have questions about your delivery? Contact us. Keep in mind that you will need auto insurance if you want to be able to drive immediately upon delivery. We will email you your license plate number and check code after you have completed your payment.
