During the independent purchase inspection, we check whether the car company has delivered your car according to the strict Bynco quality requirements. Should there nevertheless prove to be something wrong, we will immediately fix it for you in our repair centre, free of charge. As a result, you can rest assured knowing that you are buying a quality car.
You are guaranteed to have no costs for the first 12.000 kilometres
If you buy a used car from us, your car will have at least one year's valid MOT and Bynco will also make sure that your car will not need any maintenance or garage visits for the first year or the first 12,000 kilometres. Should something still happen to go wrong, we''ll be sure to solve it and pay the bill.
Every car comes with at least 12 months BOVAG warranty
You will always benefit from at least 12 months BOVAG warranty with every car. Manufacturing defect? Technical problems? We will repair it free of charge during the first year and you will be able to hit the road safely. Of course, you can extend the BOVAG warranty to 18 or even 24 months.
Not satisfied? You may return your car within 14 days
You can return your car free of charge within two weeks, for whatever reason. We will simply collect it from you, refund the purchase price and help you find a car that suits you better.

- We are always there for you, even after you have bought your car. We are there for you 7 days a week with personal assistance and honest advice.
Is it possible to negotiate the price?
At Bynco you will only find all-in prices, which always include VAT. All of our prices are fair and transparent; the price you find on the website includes home delivery, a 50 % fill-up, 12 months BOVAG warranty, an MOT valid for at least one year and an independent purchase inspection. Still something wrong? We will solve it for you and also pay the bills for the first year or the first 12.000 km. After all, your car is our responsibility.
Can I see and test drive this car in the showroom?
We do not have a showroom, but we do fully understand that you would like to experience, drive and see a car. That is why, after the free home delivery, you have the right to return your car at no charge within 14 days. For whatever reason. Not satisfied after these 14 days? Then we will simply collect it from you and you will get a refund. No questions asked. Would you like to see and drive your dream car beforehand? That's always possible. How do I know that this is a reliable car?
The car company makes sure your car is roadworthy. During the independent purchase inspection, we check whether the car company has done so according to the strict Bynco quality requirements.
